We cater extensively for patients travelling from all parts of the world for surgery with Bryan Mendelson. This includes helping with preparation prior to your surgery, your accommodation and care while here, and ensuring that you have plenty of personal support and companionship throughout your stay.
To start the process, we suggest you contact us and speak to one of our patient advisors, Jilda or Jennifer. They will take you through the ‘getting started’ phase and you’ll find your chat with them helpful in making the most of the phone or Skype consultation you have with Bryan Mendelson.
If you decide to proceed with surgery, Jennifer and Jilda will provide the information you need and guide you through the planning process. As part of their regular contact with you in the lead up to your visit, they’ll discuss and book accommodation that is suited to your needs. With their considerable experience of helping patients, you can be assured that everything will be taken care of.
Once you arrive in Melbourne, you’ll be looked after and introduced to all the people at the office, who will become your family during your stay.
